  • Plant Configuration: Plant-wide block flow diagram including:
  • Process Units
  • Blending Units
  • Fuel Gas System - Own Produced / Purchased / Consumers
  • Fuel Oil System - Own Produced / Purchased / Consumers
  • Flare System
  • Slop System
  • Interconnecting Flows
  • Flow Meters showing designation and location
  • Storage tanks showing designation and location
  • Material Data: Material (Product) table including the following information:
  • Product code
  • Product description
  • Physical State- Gas / Liquid / Solid
  • Physical Properties - Liquid Gravity, Gas Molecular Weight
  • Process Unit Data: List of process units including the following information:
  • Process unit designation
  • Location and connections shown in the block diagram
  • Tank Data: List of tanks including the following information:
  • Tank designation
  • Inventory unit of measurement
  • Minimum and maximum inventories
  • Tank capacity
  • Strapping tables for gauged tanks
  • Location and connections shown in the block diagram
  • Flow Meter Data: List of flow meters including the following information:
  • Flow meter designation
  • Service (gas, liquid or solid flow measurement)
  • Flow unit of measurement
  • Location and flow connections shown in the block diagram
  • Analyzer Data: List of analyzers including the following information:
  • Analyzer designation
  • Service (gas, liquid or solid flow measurement)
  • Composition unit of measurement
  • Location and flow connections shown in the block diagram
  • Receipt and Shipment Data: list of receipts / shipments including the following information:
  • Type of transaction - Receipt or Shipment
  • Receipt / Shipment Point designation
  • Mode of movement - Across-the-Dock, Pipeline, Rail, Trucks, Other
  • Unit of Measure Data: Table defining units of measure for:
  • Gases
  • Liquids
  • Solids
  • Mass
  • Density
  • Temperature
